I ordered a vinyl from you and it is skipping. Can you help?Updated 2 years ago

Yes! As long as your order falls within the 30-day return policy, we should be able to help. Please note that skipping is not always caused by a defect with a vinyl and can often be solved by adjusting the settings on your turntable (e.g. counterweight and anti-skating). If you'd like any advice in this regard, please feel free to contact customer support. If the issue is not solved by making these adjustments and you are concerned that the defect is the result of a manufacturing issue particular to your copy, please send the store customer support team your order number and a video of the vinyl playing to show the skipping, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
