I cannot find my old store account to consult purchase history prior to 2021Updated a year ago
We migrated the store to a new site on the Shopify platform in 2021 so your account information from the old site is not accessible on the new site. We do have your purchase history, however, if you have any questions about it.
For any purchases that included digital music files, they were sent to you at the time of purchase. We are unable to send further copies.
There was a download limit on the old store. That is, there was no unlimited or lifetime access provided after download even if we'd stayed on that platform forever. We are generally no longer offering replacements for physical or digital items outside of our 30-day Return/Refund Policy. We recommend that you back up your files to help prevent losing them.
