In general, there shouldn’t be long gaps of time between scanning events for domestic shipments, but delays do sometimes occur. In most cases, packages do end up reaching their final destination. For international shipments, these gaps between scan events are more common as the package is handled by multiple carriers. Also, if there is a backlog at customs, it could take a few weeks for an order to be cleared once they take possession of it. Please try entering the tracking number on your local postal service’s website, as the package may have been handed off to a delivery partner for final-mile delivery. It’s also a good idea to check with your local post office to make sure they aren’t holding it for pickup due to a delivery issue. If these situations do not apply to you and/or there appears to be a significant issue with the shipment of your order, please feel free to contact store support.
