My package is late. When will I receive it?Updated 4 months ago

Most orders are successfully delivered within the estimated timeframe, but delays do occasionally occur. 

During the holiday period, domestic shipments do not get physically scanned as often. Longer gaps between scan events are to be expected and packages may not scan until they reach the destination center for final sorting.

If delivery appears delayed please check the shipping address to make sure it is complete and accurate. Common mistakes include missing apartment numbers or inaccurate postal codes. 

If the address is accurate we recommend checking with your local post office to make sure they are not holding the package for pickup. For example, if the package is too large to fit through your mail slot and there is no safe place to leave it, the mail carrier may send it to the depot to be picked up. In theory, they should leave you a notice indicating that delivery had been attempted, but it can happen where the notice goes missing or the carrier neglects to leave it. If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will let you know. We can either treat it as a return and refund your account for the item cost or make arrangements for a reshipment. In either case, the shipping costs are non-recoverable.

If you selected a shipping service that includes tracking, please follow along closely regarding the delay and signing up for email or SMS updates on the mail carrier's website. If you did not choose a shipping service that included tracking, we would not be able to determine its location.
