The Media Mail tracking has not updated since my order shipped. Should I be concerned?Updated 2 days ago

In some cases, this is to be expected. It can sometimes take some time for the tracking to update, especially with pre-orders or periods of high order volume where Media Mail is selected at checkout. When a large number of orders are shipped at the same time, USPS picks up pallets of orders and it can take time for them to process all of the packages. USPS processes other mail classes like Priority Mail daily before getting to the Media Mail. If there is limited truck space or staffing, it can take time for them to chip away at the Media Mail. In addition, packages are not always physically scanned at origin, so the tracking may not be updated until the package reaches the destination center for final sorting. There is no insurance or guarantee with Media Mail, so we cannot file a lost or late claim for these shipments. Orders are almost always delivered, but delays do sometimes occur. Please feel free contact us if there have been no updates after three weeks.
