I bought a T-shirt at a concert. Can I send it to the online store as a return?Updated 2 months ago

We generally only facilitate returns for items purchased directly from our site. We cannot issue refunds for items purchased elsewhere. However, if we sell the same item you’ve purchased, and we have the size you need, we can potentially facilitate an exchange for another size as an exception. Please send the customer support photos of the item you have, including the design and size tag, along with your proof of purchase, and we’ll act accordingly. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange.
