Is it possible to change the shipping address on my order?Updated 2 years ago

We can possibly make changes to your shipping address as long as the order has not been processed yet. If the order has not been processed, please let store support know what you’d like to change. Please note that if the change results in a change in shipping costs or taxes (e.g. changing the state or country), we may not be able to change the address, though a cancellation / re-order could be an option. If your order has been processed, we are no longer able to make changes. The mail carrier may be able to assist (e.g. package redirection) for a fee and/or postage, but you’d have to contact them directly to confirm this. If the address is wrong and the package ends up getting returned to sender, we’ll contact you to make arrangements for a reshipment.
