We have a 30-day return policy, so as long as your order was delivered recently and has not been used, worn, or washed, then a return should be possible. Due to inventory fluctuations and system limitations, we generally prefer to facilitate a return for refund in conjunction with a re-order, rather than an exchange. This allows the customer to purchase and receive the item they need sooner than if they had to wait for the return to be processed and the new item to be shipped.
